1. Who Can Return?

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.

  • You provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue.


2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items purchased during special sales or promotions

  • Products damaged due to improper handling

  • Items without an unboxing video proof


3. How to Request a Return

Email us at info@theroyaldeals.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video

  • Photos of the issue

Our team will verify your request and, if approved, arrange a pickup within 2–4 working days.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI/Credit/Debit/Net Banking).

  • For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer.

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days after inspection and approval.


5. Replacements

  • If the product is in stock, we can provide a replacement at no extra cost.
