Refund & Return Policy

At The Royal Deals, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • You share a proper unboxing video showing the issue clearly.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
  • Customized or personalized artwork/products
  • Items purchased during special sale events
  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Items without an unboxing video proof
3. Return Process
  1. Email us at support@theroyaldeals.com with:
    • Order ID
    • Unboxing video
    • Photos of the issue
  2. Our team will verify and approve the return (if applicable).
  3. A pickup will be arranged within 2–4 working days.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to:
  • The original payment method (UPI/Credit/Debit/Net Banking)
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer
Processing time:
  • 3–7 business days after inspection and approval.
5. Replacement Policy
If the product is available in stock, we can provide a replacement at no extra cost.
