Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

• To cancel, email us at support@theroyaldeals.com with your Order ID.

2. After Dispatch

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Auto-Cancellation

Your order may be automatically cancelled if:

• COD order is not confirmed

• Incorrect address/contact details

• Product stock runs out

Refunds (if already paid) will be issued within 3–7 business days
