Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how you may cancel an order or request a refund for any product or service purchased through the Platform.

Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests will be accepted only if made within 3 days of placing the order.

  • Cancellation may not be possible if:

    • The seller/merchant has already been informed of the order and shipping has been initiated, or

    • The product is already out for delivery.

    In such cases, you may choose to reject the product at the doorstep.

  • Perishable items (such as flowers, food items, etc.) cannot be cancelled.
    However, a refund or replacement may be provided if the delivered product is proven to be of poor quality.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify our customer service team within 3 days of receipt.

  • Your request will be processed after the seller/merchant inspects and confirms the issue.

Product Not as Described

  • If the product differs from what was shown on the Platform or does not meet your expectations, inform our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • After reviewing the complaint, our team will determine the appropriate resolution.

Products with Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for service or replacement.

Refund Timeline

  • If a refund is approved by AKASH, it will be processed within 5 days.


Return Policy

We offer returns or exchanges within 5 days from the date of purchase. If 5 days have passed, you will not be eligible for any return, exchange, or refund.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

  2. The item must be in its original packaging.

  3. Items purchased on sale or discount may not be eligible for return or exchange.

  4. Exchanges are permitted only for items that are defective or damaged, subject to inspection.

Certain categories of products may be non-returnable or non-refundable. These items will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

For approved return or exchange requests:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email.

  • If the item passes our quality check, your return or exchange will be processed as per our policies.
